How to request deletion

• Primary method (instant): delete your account directly in the app from Settings.
• Fallback only (if you cannot access the app): send a deletion request from your account email to support@konnyapps.com.

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the Top Kaernten app and sign in to your account.
2. Open Settings from the app menu.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm the deletion dialog.

What data is deleted

• Firebase Authentication account for Top Kaernten.
• Firestore profile data in users/<uid>, including display name and email reference.
• User progress data in that profile document, including climbed and favorite summits.

What may be retained

We may retain limited technical records if required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or security operations. If no retention requirement applies, account-linked data is removed.

Processing time

Deletion requests are typically processed within 7 days.
